For this project, I interviewed team members about the company, their services, and their audience, then developed a content strategy to reach the company’s ideal customer, community-focused credit unions.
What I Did
First, I developed a comprehensive content style guide that covered website updates, email communications, and social media. Then I created content that integrated brand tone and strategic business goals on each page of the site.
My favorite reaction to the site was from a potential client on a sales call: “There’s a very genuine and disarming positivity to your site that feels like a breath of fresh air compared to the myriad other agencies out there that seem only to strive to look cool.”
